About WB Properties

WB Properties is the creation of husband and wife duo, Brian and Wendy Fleming. The couple has a passion for preservation and the small town lifestyle. As Michigan natives, they know the pride the locals have in their small towns. Their goal is to showcase their pride by preserving and reviving historic buildings back to their glory days. By pairing the old with the new, WB Properties creates residential and commercial spaces with cottage charm and a modern twist.

The construction process is in good hands, as Brian has owned First Contracting, Inc., a Michigan general contracting firm, for over 25 years. He understands the importance of preserving original, charming details and fixtures whenever possible. Full of personality and with a strong eye for details, Wendy can be found managing the rental process and hand-selecting the perfect finishings.
